How to order：

1.Confirm the date, time,menu and location of your event.(KL & PJ Area only)

2. Call & text (whatapps/wechat ) us with your order.
Order must be received at least 1 months before to your event to guarantee availability.

3.After we have finalized all of your order, please reply back to us by text (whatapps/wehat )or call us to confirm all your details.

4.After confirm your order, we require a fifty percent (30-50%) deposit. (In the case of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.)

5.Final payment is due in full at the end of the event (less deposit paid). Payment accepted only in cash.

5.顾客需在预订期当天付完所有的余额(现金付款)。

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

1.  All prices are subject to change without notice. (except for events for which a contract has been executed)

2. For the standard package, we require a minimum guest count of seventy (70) person.            

我们订购最低的人数为70人.

3. We will call or email you to confirm your order once order has been finalized.

我们会在预订期前几天致电给顾客以确认所有的订购项目。

4. A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit will be credited towards your final invoice. Upon finalizing the menu a 50% deposit is require (based on total cost of the event). This deposit will also be credited towards your final invoice.

If Cheque Deposit Must Be Clear Transation Before Event Date. Otherwise A Penalty Of 50 % Of Total Order Amount Will Be Levied.

Payment Stricthly By Cash Or Cheque Only Upon Delivery

订购自助餐以后，我们将征收50% 订金。若使用支票付款必须确保在自助餐日期前过账。付订金以后若取消订单我们将不退还订金

5. Any balance payment is due the day of your event will be paid in cash or bank transfer. No exceptions. An itemized invoice will be presented to you the day of the event.

顾客需在预订期当天付完所有的余额。

6. A surcharge of one hundred fifty ringgit ++ (RM 150.00++) for out of klang valley areas is applicable if less than 200 person.

 一趟运输费为RM 150.00 ++ 如送去KL PJ 以外的地方。（我们会以路程计算来收取我们的流程费用）。

7.  After that time we will do our best to accommodate any increases. However, decreased in numbers cannot be accepted.

 一旦确定订购相关配套，我们只接受增加订购人数不接受降低人数。

8. We would request a minimum of four weeks before notice prior to the delivery date for any cancellations to avoid being charged in full.

至少于预订期的前四个星期通知我们任何取消以避免全额付款。

9.  Our serving time Lunch 11.30am to 2.30 pm  Dinner 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm (Surcharge will applies for after hours).

我们的自由餐服务时间为午餐 11.30am to 2.30 pm 晚餐 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm （若超时将征收附加费）

10. RM 80 will be imposed on carried up to 1st floor and onwards via the staircase.Distance along the way to poolside.

如需将食物搬上楼或送去泳池旁，将征收 RM 80.00服务费

11. If any Buffet Cutleries Loss, Customer Need To Pay The Total Amout Cutleries Loss.    

 顾客需赔偿任何餐具损失

12. Food Best Consumed Within 3 Hours.

3 Hour Per Function Upon Commencement Of Dinner. Collection Is Free Of Charges Available Upon Request.

Extension Of Collection hour Or Collection After the event day.Surcharge will applies for after hours)

食物品尝最佳时间为3小时。

 用餐后三小时收回餐具，费用免费，延长时间或逗留至隔天收回餐具将征收RM50.00 ++
